It has been decided with the approval of Hon'ble President (Acting) of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), New Delhi to start regular hearing in NCLT Benches w.e.f. 1 July 2021 through Video Conference on all working days. All the Hon'ble Members shall attend the Bench from Court Rooms at their respective Headquarters through video conference.
