NCLT decides to extend date of hearing to 1.7.2021 onwards for Principal Bench & New Delhi Courts

The surge in COVID-19 cases in National Capital Territory Delhi is continue and also cases increasing in various Central Government Ministries/Departments. Therefore, it has been decided to extend the date of hearing to O 1.07.2021 onwards for Principal bench and New Delhi (Court No. II, III, IV, V & VI) in all the pending matters.
