National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), New Delhi informed the Ld. Advocates/ Authorized Representatives/ Party-in-Person that it is mandatory to fill all the details and upload the PDF with the correct indexing and then click on the ‘Add Index’ button while uploading the document in NCLAT e-filing portal.
