In exercise of the powers conferred under sections 196, 208 and 240 read with provisions of Chapter III-A of Part II of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) hereby makes the Regulations for the "Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process) Regulations, 2021 and publishes it in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III - Section 4, New Delhi, Friday, 9 April 2021.
