The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) is conducting a one-day Advanced Workshop on Case Study of Resolution of JEKPL Private Limited and Monnet Ispat & Energy Limited (MIEL) under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 on 23rd August 2022 (Tuesday), in Virtual Mode, for the Insolvency Professionals, who are registered with IBBI and have attended Basic Workshop in the past.
