The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) finalised the Panel for the Resolution Professionals (RPs), Interim Resolution Professionals (IRPs) under section 16(4), Bankruptcy Trustees (BTs) under section 125(4), 146(3) or 147(3), Liquidators under section 34(6) and Resolution Professional (RP) in an individual insolvency resolution process under section 97(4) or 98(3) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, for a period from 1st July 2022 to 31st December 2022.
This panel is prepared in accordance with "Insolvency Professionals to act as Interim Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, Resolution Professionals and Bankruptcy Trustees (Recommendation) Guidelines, 2022"
