Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) referred to its communication dated 5 June 2021 in connection with the invitation of expression of interest (EOI) in accordance with 'Insolvency Professionals to act as Interim Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, Resolution Professionals and Bankruptcy Trustees (Recommendation) Guidelines, 2021 [Guidelines].'
In this connection, the IBBI informed that keeping in mind the difficulties posed by the ongoing COVDI-19 pandemic, the last date for submission of expression of interest (EOI) under the Para 10 of the aforesaid guidelines has been extended to 25 June 2021. Accordingly, the IBBI will send the Panel to the AA by 30 June 2021. All other terms and conditions under the aforesaid guidelines remain unchanged.
