It is hereby notified for information of all concerned that as the Government of India has declared that Muharram will now be observed on 20th August. 2021 (Friday) and as approved by the Competent Authority, the Hon'ble Court and Registry. both for NCLAT Principal Bench at New Delhi and NCLAT Chennai Bench at Chennai. will also remain closed on the said date. However, 19th August. 2021 (Thursday), which was earlier declared as a holiday, will now be observed as a working day for the Hon'ble Court and Registry, both for NCLAT Principal Bench at New Delhi and NCLAT Chennai Bench at Chennai.
