The NCLT Benches have been re-constituted to attend regular hearing through Video Conference w.e.f. 1 December 2020. Benches shall hear the matter of respective jurisdiction as they were hearing before the lockdown (before 23 March 2020). All matters including pending before the lockdown shall be heard regularly on all working days. The benches shall sit as per Rule 9 of the NCLT Rules, 2016.
