Virtual Court of NCLAT Chairperson Bench re-constituted for 31 May '21

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi notified for holding virtual court of the Chairperson for item No. 1 to 4 for 31 May 2021 is re-constituted. The composition of the re-constituted Bench shall be as under:

1. Hon’ble Mr. Justice A.I.S. Cheema, the Officiating Chairperson

2. Hon’ble Mr. Dr. Alok Srivastava, Member (Technical)

It is further informed that for the rest of the matters (Item No. 5 to 17), the composition of Bench will remain the same.
