The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) had released ‘Insolvency Professionals to act as Interim Resolution Professionals, Liquidators, Resolution Professionals and Bankruptcy Trustees (Recommendation) Guidelines, 2021’ [Guidelines] on 1 June 2021.
In terms of aforesaid Guidelines, Board shall invite expression of interest (EOI) from IPs, in Form A, by sending an e-mai1 to IPs at their email addresses registered with the Board. Accordingly, an e-mail has been sent to IPs' email ID registered with the Board, seeking EOI for appointment as IRP, Liquidator, RP and BT from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021, as per aforesaid guidelines.
In this connection, it is advised that the EOI should be submitted strictly through online mode only by accessing https://www.ibbi.gov.in/users/login on the IBBI’s website. The form shall be available in the login account till 20 June 2021.

EOI if submitted, through any other mode (viz. e-mails/fax/physical mode/others etc.), EOIs without DSC, EOIs without e-sign, EOIs with invalid DSC/e-sign, EOIs received after the due date, being not consistent with the aforesaid guidelines, shall stand rejected.
Kindly note that the link for submitting an expression of interest to act as IRP, Liquidator, RP and BT, shall only be available till 20 June 2021.
