In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) and sub-section (3) of section 7 and clause (b) of sub-section (2) of section 47 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (42 of 1999), the Reserve Bank of India made the amendments in the Foreign Exchange Management (Export of Goods & Services) Regulations, 2015 vide Notification No. FEMA 23(R)/(4)/2021-RB, Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part III, Section 4, dated 11 January 2021.
